Artwork Submission Guidelines:

Please submit any artwork or logos in a high-resolution image format – vector files preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, CDR, DXF, etc.).

If the file provided cannot be cleanly imported to the laser, we will contact you with options:

• Provide a different image
• Opt for a redesign service (typically $10–$40, depending on complexity)

Ensuring a high-quality file helps us deliver the best engraving results for your custom tumbler!

Prices shown include single side engraving of LOWISA 59 logo. Second side engraving is an additional $8 fee.

Second side engraving will be placed above the Brumate logo.

Laser engraving removes the powder coat to show the stainless steel base, which is generally silver, with the exception of Dark Aura. These are colored stainless steel, so the engraving is a more subtle tone on tone.

Tumblers are customized with love and alcohol. Slight variations should be expected.

LOWISA Delivery Guidelines:

All orders placed by July 10th will be available to pick up on LOWISA Regatta registration day August 2nd or at awards ceremony on August 9th. 

If you'd like to receive your order sooner, feel free to choose any pickup or shipping option & we will fulfill your order asap - generally 7-10 days as long as the tumbler you are ordering is in stock. If it is not in stock, we will contact you to provide an eta or offer alternative colors available.

Any orders placed after July 10th must choose either Winnipeg or Lorette MB pickup, or a shipping option. We cannot guarantee orders will be received prior to the regatta.

Cocktail Shaker FAQ

What beverages are compatible with Cocktail Shaker?
Cocktail Shaker is compatible with cold and iced carbonated beverages. Not recommended for hot beverages. If using carbonated beverages, use caution when twisting off the cap, as there will be some release of pressure from built-up carbonation during shaking.

How do I use the Cocktail Shaker?
Measure your ingredients using the lid's 1.5oz markings or the shaker's interior body markings, then pour them into the shaker along with ice. Secure the leakproof cap tightly and shake for 10-15 seconds. Remove the cap and pour, using the built-in strainer to filter out the ice.

What are the measurements included on the Cocktail Shaker?
The lid includes (4) 1.5oz markings for a total of 6oz. The body includes (6) 2oz markings for a total of 16oz.

Is the Cocktail Shaker lid compatible with other products?
No, the Cocktail Shaker lid does not fit other BrüMate products.

How long will Cocktail Shaker keep my drink cold?
Cocktail Shaker will keep cold beverages chilled for 24+ hours.

Is Cocktail Shaker dishwasher safe?
Cocktail Shaker lid components are all top-rack dishwasher safe. Most Cocktail Shaker bodies are dishwasher safe, with a few exceptions. Check the bottom of your Cocktail Shaker to see if it is recommended as hand-wash only.

Is Cocktail Shaker sustainable?
Yep. The Cocktail Shaker lid is made from the equivalent of 9 recycled water bottles, most finishes are dishwasher safe to reduce water usage, and the tumbler itself is inherently sustainable as it's reusable for life and eliminates the need for single-use plastics.

LIFETIME WARRANTY - BRUMATE LLC products have a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is void if the products are used for commercial purposes or damaged during abnormal use. Warranty is only good for product replacement and does not warrant a refund of any type. BRUMATE LLC's obligation in the event of a defective product is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at BRUMATE LLC's discretion. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered. Damage from improper use is not covered. Damage to paint is not covered. Warranty covers the functionality of the product.
