Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal the stainless steel beneath, which is typically silver

Will the engraving fade?
No - laser engraving is permanent and will not peel or wear off.

Is this an authentic Brumate product?
Absolutely. We order the drinkware directly from Brumate and engrave each piece in-house.

What beverages are compatible with NAV?
NAV is compatible with hot, cold, and ice-carbonated beverages.

How do I lock and unlock the leakproof lid?
To open, push the slide lock away from you to the unlocked position and lift the MagFlip™ lid.
To close, shut the lid and slide the lock back until it clicks into the locked position.

How do I choose my lid’s sipping position?
Align the lid with one of the eight grooves, turn slightly left, press down until flush, then turn slightly right to lock it in place.

How do I remove the lid?
Turn the lid slightly to the left and pull upward. Reverse the steps to reinstall.

How long will NAV keep drinks hot or cold?
NAV keeps hot beverages warm for 6+ hours and cold beverages for up to 24+ hours.

Is NAV dishwasher safe?
Most finishes are top-rack dishwasher safe. Dark Aura finishes are hand wash only. Check the bottom pad on your tumbler to confirm care instructions.

Can I remove the silicone sleeve?
Yes. The silicone sleeve is removable for deep cleaning and is top-rack dishwasher safe. To reinstall, align the sleeve at the base and push upward until it sits in the groove.

Is NAV sustainable?
Yes. NAV lids are made using recycled materials, most finishes are dishwasher safe to reduce water usage, and the reusable tumbler helps eliminate single-use plastics.
