Artwork Submission Guidelines:

Please submit any artwork or logos in a high-resolution image format – vector files preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, CDR, DXF, etc.).

If the file provided cannot be cleanly imported to the laser, we will contact you with options:

• Provide a different image
• Opt for a redesign service (typically $10–$40, depending on complexity)

Ensuring a high-quality file helps us deliver the best engraving results for your custom tumbler!

Prices shown include single side engraving of LOWISA 59 logo. Second side engraving is an additional $8 fee.

Second side engraving will be placed above the Brumate logo.

Laser engraving removes the powder coat to show the stainless steel base, which is generally silver, with the exception of Dark Aura. These are colored stainless steel, so the engraving is a more subtle tone on tone.

Tumblers are customized with love and alcohol. Slight variations should be expected.

LOWISA Delivery Guidelines:

All orders placed by July 10th will be available to pick up on LOWISA Regatta registration day August 2nd or at awards ceremony on August 9th. 

If you'd like to receive your order sooner, feel free to choose any pickup or shipping option & we will fulfill your order asap - generally 7-10 days as long as the tumbler you are ordering is in stock. If it is not in stock, we will contact you to provide an eta or offer alternative colors available.

Any orders placed after July 10th must choose either Winnipeg or Lorette MB pickup, or a shipping option. We cannot guarantee orders will be received prior to the regatta.

Era FAQ

Are Era tumblers 100% leakproof?
Era Tumblers are 100% leakproof with cold beverages and carbonated beverages with ice when in the locked position. Not recommended to be used in the locked position with hot beverages.

How do I lock and unlock the Era straw lid?
To open the Ü-Turn™ Lid for sipping, align the mode indicator with the 'open' position indicated by the raised notch. To lock, turn and line up the mode indicator on the lid with the 'closed' position on the opposite side.

Are the Era tumblers cup holder friendly?
Yes, both the 30oz and 40oz Era straw tumblers are cup holder friendly, perfect for your morning commute or upcoming road trip.

How long does it keep my drink cold?
The Era can keep your beverages, even carbonated ones, cold for 24+ hours depending on how much ice is used and the starting temperature of the beverage. The more ice you use, the longer it will stay cold. To maximize ice-retention we recommend filling your Era with at least 50% ice.

Does the cup sweat/show condensation?
Our BevGuard™ triple insulated stainless steel technology prevents condensation buildup on the outside of your Era leakproof straw tumbler.

How do I wash my Era Straw Tumbler?
All parts, including the lid, are top-rack dishwasher safe with two exceptions - Dark Aura and Onyx Leopard colorways (these bottles are hand-wash only, but lids and straws are still top-rack dishwasher safe). Remember to remove the straw lid before washing. To do this, simply turn the mode indicator halfway between the locked and open positions and pull up on the straw center piece for easy cleaning.
