Will the engraving fade?
No - laser engraving is permanent and will not peel or wear off.

Is this an authentic Brumate product?
Absolutely. We order the drinkware directly from Brumate and engrave each piece in-house.

How do I open and close the Rotera lid?
To open, turn the soft-touch TwistSip™ band clockwise to raise the straw without touching it.
To close, turn the band counter clockwise to lower the straw and seal the bottle.

Is the Rotera 100% leakproof?
Yes. When closed, the TwistSip™ lid is leakproof with cold, non-carbonated beverages.

How long does Rotera keep drinks cold?
Rotera keeps ice for 24+ hours. For best results, we recommend filling the bottle with at least 50% ice.

Is Rotera dishwasher safe?
If dishwasher safe, it will be noted on the base of the bottle. For dishwasher-safe finishes, all parts except the lid are top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand wash the lid with warm, soapy water.

Can I remove the silicone sleeve?
Yes. The sleeve is removable for cleaning and helps protect against drops, dents, and dings.

Is Rotera cup holder friendly?
The 15oz and 25oz Rotera sizes are cup holder friendly.

Are Rotera lids interchangeable between sizes?
Yes. Rotera lids can be swapped between the 15oz, 25oz, 35oz, and 65oz Rotera bottles.

How often should I clean the Rotera straw?
When using plain water, clean weekly. If using powders or flavored additives, clean after each use.
