Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal stainless steel beneath (typically silver)
Dark Aura is the exception — this finish uses colored stainless steel, resulting in a subtle tone-on-tone engraving

Will the engraving fade?
No — laser engraving is permanent and will not peel or wear off.

Is this an authentic Brumate product?
Absolutely. We order drinkware directly from Brumate and engrave each piece in-house.

What beverages are compatible with Rise?
Cold, non-carbonated beverages only.

How long does it keep drinks cold?
Rise keeps drinks cold for 24+ hours. For best results, use at least 50% ice.

Can I switch between sip and chug?
Yes. Insert the ColdKey™ metal straw to sip through the SoftSip™ straw, or remove it entirely to chug.

Is the silicone sleeve removable?
Yes. The sleeve can be removed for deep cleaning and is top-rack dishwasher safe.

Is Rise dishwasher safe?
Lids, sleeves, and straws are top-rack dishwasher safe. Some Rise bodies are hand-wash only — check the bottom of the sleeve for guidance.

How do I wash it?
All Rise lids, sleeves, and straws are top-rack dishwasher safe. Most Rise bodies are dishwasher safe, with a few exceptions. Check the bottom of the sleeve on your Rise to see if it is recommended as hand wash only. For deep cleaning, remove the sleeve and the SoftSip™ straw before washing.

How do remove my ColdKey™ Straw?
To remove the ColdKey™ metal straw for cleaning, twist the straw until the notch aligns with the vertical groove and pull down to release the straw.
