Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal the stainless steel beneath, which is typically silver
Dark Aura is the exception - this finish uses colored stainless steel, resulting in a subtle tone-on-tone engraving

No - laser engraving is permanent and will not peel or wear off.

Is this an authentic Brumate product?
Absolutely. We order the drinkware directly from Brumate and engrave each piece in-house.

Are Era tumblers 100% leakproof?
Yes. Era tumblers are 100% leakproof with cold beverages and carbonated beverages with ice when in the locked position.

How do I lock and unlock the Era straw lid?
To open the Ü-Turn™ lid for sipping, align the mode indicator with the open position. To lock, turn the indicator to the closed position.

Are the Era tumblers cup holder friendly?
Yes, all sizes of Era tumblers are cup holder friendly.

How long does it keep my drink cold?
Era keeps drinks cold for 24+ hours. For maximum ice retention, we recommend filling your tumbler with at least 50% ice.

Does the cup sweat or show condensation?
No. BevGuard™ triple insulated stainless steel technology prevents condensation on the exterior.

How do I wash my Era straw tumbler?
All parts are top-rack dishwasher safe, except Dark Aura and Onyx Leopard colorways which are hand-wash only. Lids and straws remain top-rack dishwasher safe. Remove the ColdKey™ metal straw for cleaning, twist the straw until the notch aligns with the vertical groove and pull down to release the straw.
